Built for boards and property managers

We understand how HOAs work.

You're managing budgets, fielding resident complaints, and answering to a board. You need a snow contractor who shows up without being chased — and whose invoices match what was agreed upon.

Predictable budgeting

Seasonal contracts with fixed monthly payments. No surprise invoices after big storms. Your board knows the cost upfront.

Fewer resident complaints

When roads and walks are cleared before residents leave for work, the complaints stop. That's what consistent, early-morning service does.

Liability protection

Documented service dates, salting records, and consistent maintenance help protect your association from slip-and-fall claims.

Common Questions

HOA snow plowing FAQ.

How does pricing work for HOAs?

We offer seasonal contracts with fixed monthly payments — typically November through April. The rate is based on community size, road layout, and scope of service. Your board gets predictable costs with no surprise invoices.

What size communities do you service?

We currently manage communities ranging from 20 to 40+ homes. We have the equipment to handle larger communities as well — just reach out and we'll assess the fit.

Do you plow individual driveways?

Our HOA contracts cover common areas — roads, parking, walks, and shared spaces. Individual unit driveways can be added as an optional scope item if the board wants to include them.

What happens if we're not happy with the service?

You deal directly with Sean — the owner. If there's ever an issue, you're not calling a 1-800 number. We fix it, usually the same day.

Can you also handle our lawn care in summer?

Yes. Many of our HOA snow clients also use us for summer lawn maintenance. One vendor, year-round, same crew. It's the easiest way to manage your grounds contract.

When should we start the conversation?

The earlier the better. Most HOA boards make their winter contractor decision by September or October. Reaching out in summer gives us time to walk the property, present to the board, and finalize the contract before the season starts.
