Fixed monthly rate from November through April. You pay the same amount every month regardless of snowfall. Predictable budgeting with no surprise invoices after big storms.
Per-push
Pay per visit based on accumulation triggers. Lower cost in light winters, higher in heavy ones. Best for properties with flexible winter budgets or lower traffic volumes.

When do you start plowing?
We typically begin plowing when accumulation hits 2 inches — but this is customizable per contract. Properties with high pedestrian traffic or liability concerns can set a lower trigger.
What happens during a major storm?
During heavy events, we run continuous shifts. Your lot may be plowed multiple times throughout the storm to maintain access and safety.
Do you salt automatically or on request?
Both options are available. Most commercial clients opt for automatic salting based on conditions — it's more effective at preventing ice than reactive salting after the fact.
When should I sign a contract?
Ideally before October. The earlier you sign, the better your route position. Late sign-ups may have limited availability depending on how many lots we've already committed to.
Can you handle large lots and distribution centers?
Yes. We have the equipment and crew capacity for larger commercial properties. For very large sites, we coordinate additional equipment to meet timing requirements.
